When can I expect my order?
Tracking will be in place once your order has been shipped from the manufacturer (normally 5 working days after your order). See our guide to shipping.
Can I amend an order or cancel?
Yes, so long as you let us know in time. We can change: Your delivery details, name, email and phone number. If you want to change something else about your order or cancel you must do so within 24 hours as we cannot amend or cancel an order once it has been processed. Read our full returns policy.
What if my product is damaged?
Occasionally products do get damaged in shipping despite our best efforts. If this happens to you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We’ll replace the item free of charge.
